By accessing vortigon.com, requesting a demo, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Service description

Vortigon provides a municipal management platform that may include, among other features, audio transcription, digital case files, dispatch, AI-assisted analysis, and operational communication tools.

Available features may vary by municipality, contract, or product version.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the platform lawfully, in compliance with applicable regulations and with your organization's instructions when acting on behalf of a municipality or public agency.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, extract data in unauthorized bulk, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

4. Data and content

By using Vortigon, you authorize us to collect, store, process, analyze, and use data you submit or that is generated through use of the service, including contact details, usage logs, operational data, audio, transcripts, text, locations, and any other content necessary to provide, improve, and secure the platform.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to handle that content for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and in applicable commercial agreements with your organization.

You are responsible for having the necessary authorizations to upload third-party data when applicable.

5. Intellectual property

Vortigon, its software, brand, design, and documentation are owned by Vortigon or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights in the platform to you.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue site or service features, and update these terms. Relevant changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updates.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortigon is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions arising from use of the service, except where required by law or under a specific written agreement.
